Teen girls 13-19 are invited to come together over tea, share their “story” and learn together a process to solve their, and their communities, most difficult issues.
Using several professional problem-solving techniques, young women will have the opportunity to learn to break down complex problems into “bite-size” pieces. Depending on location, they will be invited before their local City Council to present the problem AND their solutions, starting the process of civic engagement and achieving RESULTS.
