One of the greatest challenges organizations and leaders face is the issue of making decisions. Decisions are best made at the level at which they will be executed, yet taking the time and providing the data and resources may seem impractical.
Many tools exist to make the process of decision-making easier and more interactive. We will highlight several different methods for gathering and analyzing data in a group environment. We will identify three different methods for making decisions utilizing the input of others.
This workshop offers a variety of tools and techniques to analyze and solve problems; make sound or effective decisions; and control stress throughout the process. You will learn to use an analysis checklist and affinity diagram to identify critical factors and make decisions by applying absolute and desirable criteria in addition to four problem solving questions.
