Executive Coaching

Description

This type of coaching can be viewed as a bonus and a sign of significant recognition. In other cases it can be remedial. We primarily focus on enhancing your performance and developing leadership or team-building skills. We work in conjunction through Human Resources or another senior executive. Meetings are usually held by both telephone and in-person.

What’s Included:

• Telephone meetings with corporate representative(s) to establish the desired outcome and reporting requirements
• An initial telephone coaching session with the client to set the framework for the coaching relationship
• Establishing specific and measurable goals

• Reserved participation in the 8-week Executive Leadership Workshop ($1795 value!)
• Minimum of eight 1-hour personal Coaching Sessions
• Telephone interviews with a minimum of 3 colleagues/direct reports
